secondary goals but VERY important goals:

• it should be fast
• it should have a nice blog

If it doesn't exist then there's no point in having a blog!

Roadmap

The main thing is to get the OSH release out.

I also want to resume blogging. Someone said:

• "Brought a tear to my eye"

  • I will blog more regularly, especially on "Shell: The Good Parts" after I release osh v1.0. Right now I'm concentrating:

• "Killer feature" : error messages

  • later it will be the oil language, but for osh it's the error messages
  • clang vs. gcc (I wonder if like gcc, bash will improve its error messages in response to Oil)

Conclusion

Overall, I feel on that the project is on track for an OSH 0.1 release some time this summer.

This project is a lot of work and I hope to get help once there is a release!
